What is repisodic?
Today, repisodic is focused on helping patients and their care takers make better decisions about the facility or provider they are discharged to after leaving the hospital. Every year, almost 8 million people are discharged to some type of post-acute care provider (skilled nursing facility, home health care agency, inpatient rehabilitation facility, or a long-term care hospital). However, the patient and their family is provided little information to aid their choice of provider. We have found that patients and their caretakers typically have little idea about where to find information about the different providers.
At repisodic, we have pulled together photos, patient reviews and Medicare quality data in one place! We offer a modern, map based search product to help you review the best providers in your area. We have developed a Compare Tool that makes comparing the different facilities easy. Our site is optimized to work on mobile, tablets or desktops automatically. And the best news is it is FREE!
